Plain English. Like everything else we do.

What we collect

When you request a preview through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your business name and type, your goals for the website, your name and email, and — only if you choose to share it — your phone number. That's the entire list. We don't ask for anything we don't need to build your preview.

What we use it for

One thing: building your preview and talking to you about it. Your email is where the preview arrives. Your phone number, if provided, is used to text you when it's ready. Your answers about goals and your current website shape what we build.

What we will never do

We will never sell your information. We will never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else. We will never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for, and we won't chase you with automated sequences — if the preview doesn't move you, that's the end of it.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies. We see the kind of anonymous, aggregate traffic statistics our hosting provider (Cloudflare) reports — visitor counts, not identities.

Where your information lives

Form submissions are delivered to our business email and stored there. We keep them only as long as there's a live conversation or working relationship; if you'd like your details deleted at any point, one email does it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — at any time, for any reason. California residents have these rights under state law; we extend the same courtesy to everyone.
